Training
From October 2019 our training nights are as follows:
Tuesday evenings
Under 12s - St Gabriel's School Sports Hall from 6.15 to 7.45
Under 13s - Park House Sports Hall 6-7.30pm
Under 14s - Park House Sports Hall 7.30-9pm
Thursday evenings
Under 11s - Park House Sports Hall from 6-7.30pm
Under 16s - Park House Sports Halll from 7.30-9pm

Cancellation of Training
Now most of our age groups are training indoors we are hoping that there will not be very many cancellations. However please do make sure that your Coach has up to date contact details just in case they need to contact you.
If training is cancelled members will be notified as soon as possible by text, Whatsapp or email but please ensure you know which method of contact your coach uses. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.

Our training is indoors but please do make sure that the girls wear layers during the cold weather and that includes tracksuit bottoms. It can still be cold in the Sports Hall.
We do expect girls to be netball ready for training on arrival, that means no jewellery, nails short and rounded, hair tied back and ready to play,
